"State Farm Insurance at 4209 Shelbyville Rd has to be one of the best insurance companies in Louisville KY. I believe the most important aspect of any company you will be paying money to is the people you deal with, and Cindy Masterson is at the top of the customer service food chain. It's very rare to talk to someone and set up a new bill you will have to pay monthly and get off the phone completely satisfied. I believe I received and great price, everything was explained well , even policies I may acquire in the future and the service was fast. Cindy always called when she said she would and allowed the coordination of stopping coverage with one carrier and transferring it to State Farm flawless. I would recommend this particular branch and recommend specifically everyone speak to Cindy Masterson, you will not be disappointed. 5 stars hands down.

9/8/26 Google doesn't let you write a second review so I will add to this one. It's been a long time since I talked with State Farm and I had questions about my renewal and changes in price, and again Cindy Masterson answered every question I asked. I understood every aspect of the change and was informed that I would be receiving a check. Sometimes you catch people on their best behavior, but Cindy is genuinely a kind person that is very knowledgeable in her field. When you ask her a question she will find the answer, and if it takes a while she will get back with you when she says she will with the answer. It's one thing to get 5 stars but another when you can maintain it, that shows a consistency in quality service."
